If you order heavyweight and largevolume AT offroad models, shipping cost will be doubled compared to the rates listed above. For the United Kingdom, shipping cost for each AT offroad model is $300 USD (only applicable to AT offroad models; this price excludes import taxes).
An additional surcharge applies to AT offroad model orders shipped to EU countries. Please refer to your checkout page for exact amounts.
We currently suspend shipments to Ukraine, India, Malta and New Zealand. We will update this policy once shipping resumes.
All accessories are shipped from China via air freight.
Delivery to most countries generally takes 815 days. For remote destinations or countries with lengthy customs clearance procedures, delivery may take approximately 1530 days.
Please note: Accessories and spare parts are dispatched from Shenzhen, China. Subject to local customs regulations of your country, you may be required to pay import duties, VAT or other customsrelated fees.
Additional Notes
If your order contains both an electric skateboard and accessories, items may be shipped in separate parcels and arrive at different times.
All delivery times are estimated only. Actual transit may be affected by customs clearance progress, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays and other unforeseen circumstances.
Extra shipping surcharges may apply for certain remote or hardtoreach locations. Should this apply to your order, we will contact you for confirmation prior to dispatch.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
How long will order processing take?
Please allow 12 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be processed for dispatch. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
How to confirm my order and receive the tracking number?
After successful order placement, you will receive a confirmation email with full order details. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for verification.
You will receive a second email with your tracking number 35 days after your order has been shipped out.
Why is there no update for my tracking number?
For international shipments, tracking status often remains unchanged before the parcel arrives in your destination country. Tracking information will refresh once the package enters your country.
How can I modify my order?
Please click the link and contact us immediately if you require any changes to your order. No modifications can be made once an order has been dispatched.
